Vanessa Bell, Roger Fry and Duncan Grant were the key artists of the Bloomsbury Group and it was on the strength of their work that the success of the group was judged. While the paintings of these artists are familiar (Tate has many in its Collection, as well work by other more peripheral members of the Bloomsbury Group), their designs, decorative projects and collaborative efforts are less well-known. Here the richness and diversity of the work of the Bloomsbury Group is presented, with a range of illustrated material from the Archive.
